This program introduces children to simple yoga poses, stretches, and fun breathing practices, helping them build strong foundations for a healthy body and calm mind from an early age. Gentle activities that focus on simple movement skills such as crawling, walking, balancing, and playful running games. These exercises enhance motor development, strengthen muscles, and help improve body awareness.
At this stage, children are introduced to basic sports drills like short sprints, fun obstacle courses, jumping exercises, ball games, and hand-eye coordination activities. The aim is to improve agility, speed, and reflexes while keeping activities light-hearted and fun.
